Which instruments do you teach?
I teach French Horn from beginner to advanced, and all other brass to Grade 5.
How much do you charge?
My basic rate is £24 per hour and I give 30, 40 or 50 minutes lessons as well as the full hour.
Where do you teach?
I have a purpose built music studio.
When are you available?
I am available at all times except when I am away from home playing.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach from beginner children to mature adults.
Do you have a CRB disclosure certificate?
Yes, I have an enhanced CRB certificate.

Lessons online using Skype and Windows Messenger.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a Master of Music in Performance Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Performance.
Do you belong to any professional organisations?
The Musicians Union and my professional diary is managed by Julian Morgenstern's Diary service.
Where and with whom did you train?
I trained at the Royal Military School of Music and the Royal Academy of Music with postgraduate studies at Brunel University.
What kind of playing experience do you have?
I was principal horn of the RAF Central Band and have played with many professional orchestras including the London Synphony Orchestra, the Philharmonia and was also principal horn of the Sadlers Wells Opera Orchestra. Lately, I have performed with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, The London Concert Orchestra and the English Festival Orchestra.
Do you have varied teaching experience?
Yes, both as a private teacher and five years as horn specialist teacher with Leicester-Shire Arts in Education.
