Abigail Johnson has a busy and varied career as a freelance pianist and teacher. She has worked at all the major music colleges as an accompanist and regularly plays for masterclasses working with soloists such as Natalie Clein, Jeremy Menuhin and jazz specialist Scott Stroman.
Abigail's recent solo performances include Beethoven's fourth piano concerto and also music by Brahms, Liszt and Debussy as part of a series of recitals given with Simon Locke.
Forthcoming engagements include a performance of Beethoven's first Piano Concerto and of the Schumann Concerto.
